Your customer satisfaction is very important to us. In the event that you need to return a product ordered from our company please contact customer service either by phone (877) 431-7078 or email: firstname.lastname@example.org. Please have your order number ready along with any additional information about your shipment. Our customer service representative will provide you with a Return Authorization Number as well as instructions on where to send your return. Return Authorization Number must be CLEARLY marked on the outside of the box and on the paperwork inside the shipment. Customer will be responsible for freight to send the item back and all returns must be unused and sent back in the original packaging. All returns are subject to a restocking fee between 25% – 35%. Returns are only accepted within 30 days from the date of delivery.
DAMAGED/ MISSING ITEMS:
Upon receiving your items PLEASE INSPECT THE BOX CAREFULLY FOR DAMAGE. Should your shipment arrive with any sign of damage please refuse the shipment and contact customer service at (877) 431-7078. Please have your order number along with shipment information provided upon delivery available. Photos of the damaged item are always helpful. Customer is 100% responsible for any/all freight claims should they sign for a damaged item without noting damage on the freight bill.
Should your shipment arrive missing an item please contact customer service at (877) 431-7078. Please have your order number on hand as we will need this information to replace the missing items. Always be sure to check that you have received the exact number of boxes you are signing off on from your carrier. We cannot be responsible for missing items that were signed for upon delivery and not noted delivered short.
